Define PACKAGE_AUTHORS in configure.ac.

	* configure.ac (PACKAGE_AUTHORS): New variable.  Define it both as
	a C/C++ preprocessor symbol (using AC_DEFINE_UNQUOTED) and as an
	Autoconf output variable (via AC_SUBST).
