Fix a memory leak in Cou99 statistics.

* src/tgbaalgos/gtec/ce.cc (couvreur99_check_result::acss_states):
Delete the iterator after using it.
* src/tgbatest/emptchkr.test: Run 'randtgba -z' with valgrind too.
