better document DiVinE and Spins installation

Daniel Stan told me he had the hardest time figuring out how to use Spot with DiVinE. We have some rather complete README hidden in spot/tests/ltsmin, but he didn't found it. I would like this README to be mentioned in the top-level README. Daniel would also like this README to be mentioned in the error message that appears when DiVinE is not installed
