TigerParser is a poor name

The TigerParser file is not the actual parser but a driver which is responsible for calling the parser. It could be more logical to replace it with TigerDriver and rename the TigerDriver in TigerFactory, as done in this MR : https://gitlab.lre.epita.fr/tiger/tc/-/merge_requests/201
