Make packaging works

Baptiste Esteban requested to merge development/disable-python-packaging into next

Solve packaging error. This was cause by revision which are not checked, so the package is not built but download since the package ID has not change with the Pylena-numpy creation. Solved forcing Pylene to be built at each merge in next and master.
