Cleanup

Remove dead code

• channels.ml, replaced by vmio.ml
• Memory's list fetch/store functions, replaced by sequences

Update the code to take account of those changes

Fix some traces issues

• Add traces to sxp
• Fix indentations after a jump

Update and remove some comments
